A certain disregard for the rules went into the making of this wine, which departs widely from conventional Bordeaux techniques. Made from a small single plot in Verac, the six-years-old vines have produced a Malbec rich in blackberry blond tobacco, peppery spices and sweet tannins. One to savor.
