« The 2015 La Viminière from Château Fleur Haut Gaussens is a pure Malbec selection that is matured 50% in French and American 500-liter barrels, and the remainder in tank has a lifted blackberry –scented bouquet that feels a little pinched at first, but it seems to son open in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, quite stocky, a more masculine Malbec that is well defined and shows good length . I appreciated the freshness here, a fin Malbec that will give years drinking pleasure. » Neal Martin
